Yves Buchet de Neuilly
Professor of political science
Yves Buchet de Neuilly teaches political science at Université Paris 1 Panthéon–Sorbonne and is a member of the Centre Européen de Sociologie et Science Politique (CESSP). His research is devoted primarily to the decision processes at work in foreign affairs and to multilateral interventions in joint security matters. He has recently published "Is there a pilot in crisis management? The stakes and desired outcomes of European intervention abroad," Revue française d'administration publique, 181, 2022, pp. 149-165.
